Description |
The Ghost of Pembroke. The Chinese garden at Pembroke was reportedly haunted by the ghost of Captain De Lamar, seen here on the bridge. Parties in the lush screening room during the era of Lowe's movie dynasty are remembered fondly by older city residents. The mansion and conservatory were demolished in 1968.
