Description |
Hester Estate - Villa Luedo was built in 1894 just north of Elsinore for Rebecca Ladew, mother of E.R. Ladew and her other son, Joseph. Later it became the country home of Col. William Hester, publisher and president of the Brooklyn Daily Eagle. The estate was demolished in the 1980s for the building of Cove Landing. |
