Description |
Trolley at Sea Cliff Station, c. 1908 - The Sea Cliff station house, built in 1888 and listed in the National Register of Historic Places, is actually within the city limits of Glen Cove. This Henry Otto Korten view shows the station in its glory days with passengers in straw hats making their way to the trolley. Korten had a business photographing Sea Cliff and sold his pictures in postcard form to tourists visiting this popular Victorian resort. |
